Like lots of great new companies LiquidNano started life with a bunch of great friends deciding that there had to be a better way to do something.It was early 2015, Nick (the English Guy), had just purchased a brand-new iPhone. Though Nick was determined to protect his new iPhone screen, he point blank refused to stick an ugly tempered glass screen protector on it, but there was a problem, he could not find any other alternative.Shane (the Irish Guy) who on hearing of Nicks woes, confirmed that Nick was not alone in his dilemma. In fact, according to a survey by Squaretrade (the big insurance company) 48% of iPhone users surveyed did not want to add any form of secondary protection to their beautiful iPhones, because, “they like them just the way they are”.So, Shane tells Anthony (the American Guy), who knows a lot about everything. Anthony (who also knows Nick) tells Shane that he had come across a technology called Silica Dioxide, and that maybe, just maybe, this could be the perfect solution – and so the LiquidNano journey began.
